Foi assim que nasceu CARNI VALLEBELBO. Inicialmente eram dezessete associados, todos criadores de bovinos, suínos e caprinos, sua coragem era louvável, assim como sua determinação desde o início, entendia-se que o único caminho a seguir era focar apenas na qualidade, utilizando técnicas preparatórias e conservadoras adotadas nas famílias Langa.
