Tayal S.P.A. foi lançada em 2013 pelo Grupo C&H, TEXALG e MADAR Holding em parceria com o grupo têxtil turco TAY GROUP, e opera na zona industrial Sidi Khattab em Relizane. A instalação totalmente integrada produz 36.000 toneladas de fios, 50 milhões de metros de tecido (denim e não-denim), 5.000 toneladas de tecido de malha e até 30 milhões de peças de vestuário pronto-a-vestir por ano, posicionando-a como o maior fabricante têxtil de sede única em África. A empresa fornece tecidos e vestuário acabado a compradores B2B na Europa e no Magrebe.
