Buy directly from the factory in Mexico

Buying directly from the factory cuts costs and gives you control over quality and volume, but only if you reach a real maker and not another middleman in disguise. Here we explain how to find Mexican makers, how to tell them from resellers, and how to verify them before you pay.

Why buying directly pays off

Every layer between the factory and you adds cost and moves responsibility for quality further away. Buying directly gives you a better price at volume, communication without the broken telephone effect, and the chance to agree specifications, packaging and lead times to your needs.

How to recognize a real maker

A real maker has a registered manufacturing activity, usually sits in an industrial area, and offers a coherent product line, not an endless catalog of everything. A middleman resells, reuses photos and gives few production details. Ask about capacity, lead times and its own certifications.

Verify before you pay

Before you transfer, confirm the RFC and legal name, check the supplier is not on the SAT 69-B list, and be wary if they demand a payment method you cannot reverse. Every fraud story ends the same way, the buyer had already sent the money.

Find verified Mexican makers

In our directory, Mexican companies are verified against the official establishment register (INEGI DENUE), and each profile shows open data signals with their source. Filter by category and by Mexico to start.

Frequently asked questions

Is buying directly from the factory always cheaper?
It usually is at volume, because you remove the middleman margin. But sometimes the maker asks for higher minimum orders. Compare the total cost, including minimums, logistics and lead times, not just the unit price.
How do I find the maker and not a reseller?
Look for companies with a registered manufacturing activity, a coherent product line and an industrial location. On each profile we state the company type and the signals we found in open data.
What do I check to avoid a fake supplier?
Confirm RFC and legal name, cross check the supplier against the SAT 69-B list, and avoid irreversible payment methods. Our Mexican companies are also verified against INEGI DENUE.
