Весь процесс изготовления сыра происходит вручную: от нарезки, перемешивания и переворачивания во время созревания сыров до их ручной упаковки один за другим. К каждому сыру относятся с настоящей любовью и мастерством. Это помогает сделать каждый сыр уникальным и придать ему деревенский оттенок. Мы называем это кратковременным счастьем прямо в чане со льдом!
