В период с 1977 по 1978 год группа фермеров из долины Бельбо решила создать кооператив, способный напрямую продавать свой скот. Так родился КАРНИ ВАЛЛЕБЕЛЬБО. Первоначально их было семнадцать, все разводили крупный рогатый скот, свиней и коз, их смелость была похвальной, как и их решимость с самого начала, было понятно, что единственный путь вперед - сосредоточиться исключительно на качестве, используя подготовительные и консервативные методы, принятые в семьях Ланга. Так рождаются различные продукты: классическая вареная салями, сырая салями магронетто, прессованная панчетта, коппа, местное котечино.
