1927 yılında kurulan ve 2016 yılında anonim şirket olarak yeniden yapılandırılan Azerhalcha, el yapımı Azerbaycan halısı üretiminin ulusal merkezidir. 14 bölgesel atölyede yaklaşık 500 kadın zanaatkar Karabağ, Guba-Şirvan ve Tebriz koleksiyon halıları üretiyor. Ürünler Çin, Kore, Rusya ve Körfez ülkelerine ihraç edilmekte ve Bakü'nün Eski Kenti ile Haydar Aliyev Havalimanı'ndaki amiral gemisi galerilerinde satılmaktadır.
