O dönemde ilk ulaşım aracı süt toplamak için kullanılan at arabalarıydı. 1934 At arabasının yerini Mercedes-Benz markasının 65 HP gücündeki ve 3 ton taşıma kapasiteli ilk kamyonu aldı. 1952 Leonhard Enßner işi babasından devraldı ve inşaat malzemeleri ticaretini de kapsayacak şekilde genişletti. 1974 İşletme oğlu Konrad Enßner'e devredildi.
