IndianOil'in 1972 yılında hizmete giren Mathura Rafinerisi, yılda 8 milyon ton ham petrol işliyor ve petrol, dizel, LPG, gazyağı, havacılık türbin yakıtı ve bitüm üretiyor. Hindistan'daki ilk BS-VI yakıt üreten rafinerilerden biri olup Rajasthan, UP, Delhi, Haryana ve Pencap'ın yakıt taleplerine hizmet vermektedir.
