We focus on Arabica varieties and beans from a specific coffee farm or cooperative. We value the traceability of our beans. We order our raw coffee either directly from the farm or from wholesalers, from whom we can get as comprehensive information as possible about the origin of the beans. We try to favor producers who act responsibly and invest in sustainable development. It means fair and just treatment of employees and coffee cultivation and processing using methods that place as little burden on nature as possible.
