Ozeki, 1711 yılında Hyogo'nun Nada bölgesinde kuruldu ve 1979'da Hollister, California bira fabrikasını açarak Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde üretim yapan ilk büyük Japon sake bira üreticisi oldu.
