Tayal SPA 2013 yılında C&H Group, TEXALG ve MADAR Holding tarafından Türk tekstil grubu TAY GROUP ortaklığıyla hayata geçirildi ve Relizane'deki Sidi Hattab sanayi bölgesinde faaliyet gösteriyor. Tam entegre tesis, yılda 36.000 ton iplik, 50 milyon metre dokuma kumaş (denim ve denim olmayan), 5.000 ton örme kumaş ve 30 milyona kadar hazır giyim ürünü üreterek onu Afrika'nın en büyük tek tesisli tekstil üreticisi olarak konumlandırıyor. Şirket, Avrupa ve Mağrip'teki B2B alıcılara kumaş ve hazır giyim tedarik ediyor.
