What is established and what is not
No researcher review has been written for this company yet. 9 official records from 7 official sources are on file. 1 other entry is not an official record: our own technical checks and searches, open directory listings, our inferences or the company's own statements. Everything is listed below with its evidence type: each entry confirms only what it literally says; none of them is a review. The manufacturing role above rests on the official records listed below, and only as far as each literally goes: a facility registration or licence is not an observation of current production. Nothing here confirms ownership or trading status beyond what each record literally says.
Facts on file, each with its evidence type
- Line of business as recorded in the state register: Производство электрической распределительной и регулирующей аппаратуры (record type: registry-activity) [official record; status green] Line of business as recorded in the state register: OKVED2 27.12. Shows what the state itself says the company does, which you can compare with what it promises you. checked 2026-09-18. EGRUL/EGRIP, Russian state company and sole-trader register (Federal Tax Service), official extract
- state-activity-licence (record type: state-activity-licence) [official record; status green] State activity licences in the national register: 3 (latest from 07.06.2022). Shows the state licensed this company for a named regulated activity and the licence is still valid, which a company that only exists on paper does not hold. It is a licence for that activity, not proof of production. checked 2026-09-18. EGRUL/EGRIP, Russian state company and sole-trader register (Federal Tax Service), official extract
- On a sanctions list (record type: sanctions-listed) [our own observation, not an official record; status red] A listing restricts or forbids trade. Take legal advice before proceeding. checked 2026-08-26. Ukraine NSDC State Register of Sanctions
- product-declaration-registered (record type: product-declaration-registered) [official record; status green] An official national register holds product declarations that name this company as the manufacturer of specific goods. It says those exact products were declared under its name, not that the company as a whole is certified. Open the source and search the licence number to see the list. checked 2026-08-27. EAEU conformity declarations register (Rosaccreditation)
- Registry ID checks out with the state register (record type: registry-id-verified) [official record; status green] Helps confirm the company on this page is the same legal entity as in the register. checked 2026-09-19. EGRUL/EGRIP, Russian state company and sole-trader register (Federal Tax Service)
- Named directors on file (record type: directors-on-file) [official record; status green] One director named in the company register. The register names the people who run the company, so there is someone answerable if something goes wrong. checked 2026-09-19. EGRUL/EGRIP, Russian state company and sole-trader register (Federal Tax Service)
- Registered as a manufacturer (record type: registered-manufacturer) [official record; status green] Its own declared activity in the register covers making these goods. checked 2026-08-29. Russian industrial products register (Government Decree 719)
- Site address listed in a government regulator's register (record type: facility-registered) [official record; status green] Shows the regulator records a site of this company at a named address. A registration is not an observation of current production. checked 2026-08-26. Cerberus, Russian veterinary supervised-objects register
- Certifications verified (record type: certs-verified) [official record; status green] Certificates were matched against the issuing register. checked 2026-08-27. Russian register of conformity certificates (Rosakkreditatsiya)
- Places goods on the market (national producer register) (record type: places-goods-on-market; this record does not by itself establish manufacturing) [official record; status green] A state register lists this company as placing these goods on the market, as their maker or importer. By itself it does not show who makes them. checked 2026-10-04. Chestny Znak, Russian register of participants in the goods marking system
