Cafe Fraijanes represents specialty coffee from Guatemala's Fraijanes Plateau, grown at 1,500-1,800 m on volcanic soils from Pacaya volcano. The region is known for bright acidity, full body, and subtle citrus and chocolate notes. Exports SHB green and roasted coffee to specialty roasters in the US, Germany, Japan, and Scandinavia.
