What is Hell of a Partner?+

Hell of a Partner is a B2B marketplace connecting manufacturers with distributors, importers, wholesalers and sales agents worldwide. Manufacturers list their products and distribution offers; distributors browse and send introduction requests directly — no brokers, no intermediary fees.

Is Hell of a Partner free to use?+

Yes. Creating an account, claiming your company listing, and sending or receiving introduction requests are all free. We are building premium features for high-volume users, but the core marketplace is free.

How do I claim my company listing?+

Find your company in the catalog and click "Claim this listing." You'll create an account with your work email. If your email domain matches the company's website domain, the claim is approved automatically. Otherwise it goes to our team for a short manual review — usually within 1–2 business days.

What happens after my claim is approved?+

You become the account owner for that company. You can then complete your profile (description, products, certifications, target markets), publish distribution offers, and start receiving introduction requests from distributors. We recommend submitting for Verification right away — the badge boosts your visibility in search.

My work email doesn't match the company domain. Can I still claim?+

Yes. If the domains don't match, the claim goes to manual review. Our team will look at the information you provide. You can also email support@hellofapartner.com with proof of authorized representation (company registration, letterhead, or a signed letter) and we'll process it directly.

What is the Verified badge and how do I get it?+

The Verified badge signals that Hell of a Partner has confirmed your company's identity and trade credentials. Once you own your listing, go to your dashboard and click "Submit for Verification." Our team reviews your profile — website, description, certifications, and contact information — typically within 1–2 business days. Verified companies rank higher in search and distributor filters.

How do distributors find and contact manufacturers?+

Distributors browse the catalog, filter by country, category, or certification, and open any manufacturer's profile. From there they can send an introduction request describing their markets, sales channels, and estimated annual volume. The manufacturer reviews the request and accepts or declines. Contact details are only shared after the manufacturer approves.

How do I send an introduction request as a distributor?+

Complete your distributor profile (website, countries covered, product categories) — this is required before your first request. Then open any manufacturer's profile or distribution offer page and click "Send introduction request." Fill in your target markets, estimated volume, and a short message. The manufacturer will receive it in their dashboard and by email.

How long does a manufacturer have to respond to my request?+

There is no hard deadline. Manufacturers receive an email notification immediately. If they don't respond, you can check your dashboard for status updates. We recommend following up via support if you haven't heard back after two weeks.

Can I list my company if it isn't already in the catalog?+

Currently, the catalog is built from imported manufacturer data. If your company isn't listed, contact us at support@hellofapartner.com and we'll add it manually. Self-registration for manufacturers is on the roadmap.

How do I remove my company from the marketplace?+

Open your company's public profile page and click "Request removal." Our team will process it and remove the listing. Alternatively, email support@hellofapartner.com from your company address.

What countries are covered?+

Hell of a Partner has manufacturer listings from over 90 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas. Distributors from any country can join and search the full catalog.
