Bornova Malt produces malt extracts, barley malt, and non-alcoholic malt beverages for the bakery, confectionery, and health food industries. The company supplies bakery ingredient distributors and food manufacturers in Germany, the Netherlands, and the Gulf states. Malt extracts are available as liquid syrups (65–80% Brix) and spray-dried powder, packed in 25 kg drums and 1-tonne flexi-bags. All products are halal certified. The facility operates to ISO 22000 and HACCP quality management standards.
