Hamle Makarna is a Konya-based pasta and noodle manufacturer producing spaghetti, penne, fusilli, egg noodles, and erişte (Turkish flat noodles) at a capacity of 900 tonnes per day. The company exports to ethnic food importers, mainstream grocery distributors, and foodservice buyers in Germany, France, the Balkans, and the Middle East. Durum wheat semolina is sourced from Konya and Central Anatolian farms. Products are halal certified and meet EU food labelling requirements. Private-label production available.
