KOPAKAKI is a Rwandan specialty coffee cooperative producing fully-washed Bourbon arabica from the Western Province hillsides. Rwanda's high-altitude terroir (1,400-2,000m), volcanic soils, and traditional fully-washed processing produce coffees with distinctive stone fruit and floral notes. Regular Cup of Excellence participant, exported to specialty roasters globally.
