Tirzeyko is the Tire district's grower-owned olive cooperative, processing Tire region Ayvalık and Memecik olives into extra-virgin and organic olive oil at a modern centrifugal press facility. Exported in bulk tankers and 250 ml–5 litre bottles to food importers and specialty retailers in Germany, Japan, and the United States. EU organic certification is maintained across the full production chain. The cooperative's oils have received international olive oil competition awards and are positioned in the premium specialty tier.
