Terms of Service

1. The service

Hell of a Partner is a B2B marketplace that connects manufacturers with distributors, importers, wholesalers and sales agents. We provide the venue and tools for discovery and introductions; we are not a party to any commercial agreement reached between users.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended solely for business use. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are acting on behalf of a company or organisation that you are authorised to represent. The Platform is not intended for personal or consumer use.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and use a genuine work email when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are for business use by authorised representatives of the company they represent.

4. Company listings & claims

Some manufacturer listings are compiled from publicly available business data before being claimed. When you claim a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that company. We may verify claims manually and may approve, reject or revoke a claim at our discretion. If a listing should be corrected or removed, contact support@hellofapartner.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Claim a company you are not authorised to represent.
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Harvest data, scrape listings, or attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or applicable trade and export laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security.

6. Content you provide

You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you post.

7. Introductions & transactions

Introduction requests, negotiations and any resulting contracts are solely between the companies involved. We do not guarantee the quality, legality or reliability of any user, listing or offer, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any deal. Conduct your own due diligence before entering a commercial relationship.

8. Fees

Core marketplace features — registration, listing claims and introduction requests — are currently free. We may introduce paid plans in the future; any fees and their terms will be disclosed clearly before they apply to you.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hell of a Partner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform or any dealings between users.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hell of a Partner from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of content you publish, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that harm other users or the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Disputes

We want every issue resolved quickly and fairly. If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us first at support@hellofapartner.com — we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be settled this way will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
