Arabian Cement Company was the first cement manufacturer to be established in Saudi Arabia, operating a plant in Rabigh on the Red Sea coast. It produces ordinary Portland cement, sulphate-resistant cement and white cement, with a clinker capacity of approximately 5.5 million tonnes per year. Products are distributed to construction projects across the Makkah and Madinah regions.
