Barbayiannis Ouzo of Plomari is produced on the island of Lesbos since 1894, using traditional copper alembics and a proprietary anise distillation recipe unchanged for 130 years. The Plomari ouzo style — drier, more aromatic, and stronger than mainland varieties — has earned international awards and is exported to 25 countries. Available in 200 ml, 700 ml, and 2-litre bottles. A premium export to Greek restaurant chains and specialist spirits importers.
