COCECA is a Salvadoran specialty coffee co-operative and exporting company in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range, one of Central America's highest-altitude growing regions. Member farms at 1,200–1,900 m produce washed and natural-process Bourbon, Pacamara, and Catuaí coffees with cup scores of 83–87. Green coffee exported under direct-trade contracts to specialty roasters in the US, UK, Germany, and Japan. Traceability to farm-lot level.
