Fernandes Bottling Company N.V. has been the exclusive Coca-Cola franchise bottler in Suriname since Jule Fernandes opened the production facility on 19 March 1939, making it the oldest private Coca-Cola bottler in the Caribbean. The company manufactures Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, and Schweppes for the Surinamese market from its plant at Indira Gandhiweg, Paramaribo. It is part of the larger Fernandes Group, one of Suriname's biggest privately owned conglomerates.
