In 2012, with more ambition than money and a fridge full of beer, we set out to build our first brewhouse,from scratch. Instead of buying a shiny pre-fab system (which we absolutely couldn’t afford without begging), we roped in our family first,because who else are you going to get to support your crazy ambitions? Friends and community followed, lending hands, tools, and willing to help for a few pints & a few raised eyebrows. Piece by piece, part by part, over nine chaotic, beer-fueled months, we built the brewing system we still use today. It’s a little wizerdry, a little miracle, a sprikle of gun powder and a whole lot of love. Prost!
