Kinazi Cassava Plant Ltd is a Rwandan agro-processor that produces High Quality Cassava Flour (HQCF) from locally grown cassava roots, supplying bakeries, biscuit manufacturers, and food-processing companies in Rwanda and the East African region as a partial wheat-flour substitute and food-grade starch. The plant sources cassava from smallholder farmers in the Ruhango and Southern Province area of Rwanda and has been supported by development finance from the International Finance Corporation and USAID to scale commercial cassava processing. Kinazi Cassava's HQCF is certified for food safety and is sold to industrial bakers and institutional buyers.
