Koska is one of Turkey's oldest and best-known confectionery manufacturers, producing baklava, Turkish delight (lokum), halva, and cezerye from its Gaziantep facility. The company distributes to more than 60 countries, supplying wholesale importers, ethnic food distributors, and specialty grocery chains. Its product range includes individually wrapped retail packs and bulk catering units, all certified halal. Koska's baklava is produced using authentic Antep pistachio and butter according to original recipes.
