Café Las Flores grows specialty arabica on the volcanic slopes of Mombacho and processes it at their SCAA-equipped wet mill in Granada. The farm produces washed, natural, and anaerobic-fermented microlots at 1,000–1,400 m elevation from Caturra, Bourbon, and Maracaturra varieties. Cup scores reach 86–90. Products available as green coffee, sample sets, and roasted retail packs. The family farm offers exclusive annual lot contracts for up to 10 tonnes of exceptional-quality Nicaraguan single-origin.
