Nestlé Cameroun manufactures Milo malt drinks, Nescafé soluble coffee, and Maggi culinary products at its Douala factory, sourcing cocoa and coffee from Cameroonian farmers. The subsidiary is Nestlé's largest manufacturing hub in Central Africa and exports to Chad, CAR, and Gabon. Local sourcing programmes support smallholder cocoa farmers in the South West region.
