Tema Oil Refinery is Ghana's sole petroleum refinery, processing crude oil into petrol, diesel, kerosene, LPG, aviation fuel, and bitumen at its Tema port complex. TOR supplies the national fuel distribution network and industrial customers with refined petroleum products and lubricant base oils. The state-owned refinery is currently undergoing a major capacity-upgrade programme.
