Industries Chimiques du Senegal extracts phosphate rock from mines at Taiba and Lam-Lam and processes it into phosphoric acid, triple superphosphate, and NPK fertilizers at its Dakar complex. ICS is one of Africa's largest phosphate producers, exporting fertilizers to India, Europe, and West African markets.
