Spartak is a major confectionery manufacturer based in Homel (Gomel), Belarus, operating since 1928. The plant produces chocolate bars, pralines, caramel, wafer rolls, cream-filled biscuits, and gift confectionery assortments, with annual output of approximately 25,000 tonnes.
